This 4-week booty training course combines targeted strength workouts and introductory yoga to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Each week features one strength session focusing on glutes and lower body exercises. Complemented by one yoga class emphasizing poses that open the hips and stretch the lower body. The course culminates in a comprehensive routine that integrates the movements learned, promoting core stability and balance.

Participants are encouraged to repeat the Strength Sessions 1-3 times and the yoga sessions twice per week. Embracing a healthy lifestyle and discovering the benefits of mindful movement through both strength training and yoga.
