Week 3: Warm-Up
Welcome to your warm-up session! Today, we're focusing on dynamic movements to get your body ready for action. We'll start with Leg Swings to loosen up the hips, followed by Hip Circles to enhance mobility in all directions. Finally, we'll engage our glutes with Clamshells to activate those muscles and stabilize our legs. Remember, this is all about preparing your body, so let’s get moving and feel great!
Change the amounts based on your experience level and comfortability. Please listen to your body and it’s needs.
