Week 1: Cool Down

Welcome to your cool down session, where we'll guide you through a series of gentle stretches and a calming meditation to help your body and mind unwind. We'll begin with the Pigeon pose, allowing you to open your hips for one minute on each side, followed by a seated hamstring stretch to release tension in your legs. Next, we'll ease into a standing quad stretch, ensuring both sides are nourished with a full minute each. Finally, we'll wrap up with a soothing 5-minute meditation to center your thoughts and promote relaxation. Let's take this time to connect with our breath and cultivate a sense of peace.

Change the amounts based on your experience level and comfortability. Please listen to your body and it’s needs.
