Week 3: Cool Down
Welcome to your cool down video, designed to help you relax and rejuvenate after your workout. We’ll begin with a Standing Quad Stretch, giving you one minute on each side to release tension in your legs. Next, transition into a Seated Forward Fold for a minute, allowing your spine to elongate and your mind to unwind. We’ll then ease into the Reclining Figure-Four Stretch, spending a minute on each side to open up your hips and lower back. Finally, we'll conclude with a calming 5-minute meditation to center your thoughts and bring you a sense of peace. Let’s take this time to honor our bodies and restore our energy.
Change the amounts based on your experience level and comfortability. Please listen to your body and it’s needs.
